Description
Training guidance specific for the Combined Events athlete to include, sprints, 800/1500, hurdles, long jump, high jump, javelin, and shot put. Each athlete needs to be willing to send videos to Coach to help with analyzing technique. Services include weekly programming for all events in the athlete's combined events (heptathlon, decathlon, pentathlon).
